WE STRIVE TO PROMOTE ALL ASPECTS OF HUNTING

while fighting illegal hunting &

cruelty to animals

The Wildlife industry in South Africa, which includes hunting, is experiencing unprecedented growth. To ensure a continuation of this success story, good service, quality hunting, fair pricing and above all, the conservation of our natural resources is critical. The NCHA strives to achieve this through being involved in education and training, demonstrating professionalism at all time, assisting in meaningful research as well as being involved in monitoring and influencing trends in the industry.

The NCHA is an accredited association and is therefore granted authority to issue Dedicated Hunter Status directly to members on the completion of a comprehensive standardized practical and theoretical examination.

The NCHA is affiliated to the Confederation of Hunters Associations of South Africa and in so doing is extensively represented on a national and international level where the” freedom to hunt” is our calling.

The Association has since its inception been serious about junior training and to that end we offer numerous annual events for our youth. One such event is the Winter School for young hunters. This School is well known country wide for its comprehensive and fun driven curriculum.
